Training anywhere these days is expensive and the alternative way to train for your BHS Stage examinations is to come to M.R.S as a Working Pupil.
You work on the dressage yard and the riding school yard in exchange for your tuition and lectures. See our results on the BHS Training page.
You receive a formal employment contract specifying your terms and conditions.
The minimum employment contract period is six months.
Valuable hands-on experience is gained under the watchful eye of BHS qualified staff whilst undertaking daily yard duties and gaining further experience in specialised areas such as breaking and schooling young horses and training dressage horses to advanced level or turnout to a high standard if you wish to work on a show yard.
All you pay for are your personal BHS membership and your BHS examination fees. You pay these directly to the British Horse Society.
